crispyjill @midwestshopgirl hi! Hardware is gold. I can get it on my shoulder with the small straps, just a little tight but I am not a petite person. There are no smudges, must be a weird light, I just looked at the bag and it’s basically in new condition. I only used it a couple times. Hope that helps!
