@lacygorzynski Hi Lacy. It isn't that there's "quite a bit" of wear on the strap, it's just that any real sign of wear would be there. For example, you can see in the images that there are some creases from adjusting it, etc. I do my best to feature all areas of my products to allow customers to judge for themselves based on their preferences! Please see the interior image. The bag is in overall quite good condtion. I just like to be transparent.
