Formula 🌼 Blue Floral Long Sleeve short dress

Navy blue dress with flowers, has laces detail on shoulders/top of arm. Purchased is Portugal. Never worn, perfect condition. Fits like an X-Small (I’m a size small and it’s too tight on my shoulders), 24inches long from armpit. 🌼
