This is a form fitting, size 7, short dress made of heavy material. There are darts at the waist with zipper in back. From shoulder top to bottom hem it measures 30" From pit to pit (laying flat) it measures 16" Waist (laying flat) measures 14" I put size "small" in description because there was no size 7 listed. Made in Guatamala 100% Cotton
