leppink @kbruck1 I can let you know tonight when I get home from work. It has elastic so it can be worn with either the shirt collar or the stretchy elastic ban.

leppink @kbruck1 The diameter of the collared shirt portion is 7 inches. So if the wearer is a smaller breed, you have the option of slipping the white collar around the neck. Otherwise, I have sewn a piece of Velcro inside for it to lay flat in the event this item is worn by a large breed. The elastic ban sewn in the back measures 9 inches and can stretch comfortably beyond that, adding a considerable amount of Getty if needed.
