Formal prom or homecoming dress. Dark blue, Size 7 (juniors)

Halter style, size 7, homecoming or prom dress. Pictures look like black, however dress is a very dark blue. Top has lace overlay & nude backing. Bottom is tulle which is shorter in front and tapers to longer in the back. Bottom hem is a stiffer material that gives the dress beautiful shape. Sparkles are sequence (not glitter that gets everywhere).
