Formal prom dress gown

Beautiful blue fit and flare mermaid prom evening gown. Worn once by previous owner. I bought off of here for an event and it was listed as a 6 but did not fit over my hips. I would say it fits more like a 4 and there is no stretch to the material. You'll need to wear a nude bra or bustier as the top is not lined. Stunning dress, I was heartbroken that it didn't fit. My loss is your gain.
