Formal mini dress

Bought from Dillards. Worn once for wedding. Waist turns into adjustable bow in back (see picture). Has pockets! Metallic dark teal color throughout. Bust is lined and padded. Zipper back. A few water marks on the front as well on the tie strap (see pics) but likely could be fixed with dry cleaning! Bust: 15 inches Length: 27 inches
