Navy blue off the shoulder formal gown. Embossed floral pattern with blue metallic through out. Beautiful silver rhinestone belt. Horse hair hem. Dress has a train in the back. This can be bustled. Small buttons were added on the back to bustle the gown. 2 of the 5 buttons are missing but would be easy to replace. Dress has a bit of stretch and is very comfortable. It was hemmed. I'm 5' 1" and wore 3" heels. It was also taken in at the hips. Worn once.

How much was it taken in at the hips? Do you think this is still a true Terani Couture size 14 or possibly smaller now?

@stellanagercury according to the terani couture size chart the hips were 44.5 inches. They are now 42 inches. This fabric does have some stretch.
