Formal gown

Burgundy or dark red wine formal dining down. Size large. Ruffle cut at the bottom, open in front and long on the back. I believe the dress is from JCPenny. Originally $65. Dress has never been worn, I purchased the dress for a wedding and ended up buying a different one. The dress does have a very small snag on the right cup. Not very noticable until you look closely. I am a size 11-12 and it fit me well but a little tight.
