Formal floral dress from Dillard's

This is one of my favorite dresses I've ever worn. Wore to a formal military event with heels. It hugs in all the right places. Can be worn off the shoulders or not. Super stretchy material. I'm 5'4 & it hits right at the top of my knees. Fits like a large. Very classy. Professionally cleaned.
