Formal dress, Volcanic Elegance

This dress is one of a kind. It was designed for a competition in which it was judged as best overall. The dress is silk charmeuse including lining. The dress form on which it is photographed measures 35.5" bust, 26.5" waist, 37" hips. Thus is approximately a US size 6. This fabric does not stretch so if your measurements are larger than these measurements by more than an inch, it will not fit you, except for possibly the bust. The petticoat is included and gives the skirt the desired flare as well as some tummy control/smoothing.
