Formal dress

Worn once to this wedding. I had the straps changed to be a halter and I had pads put in the chest area. If you don’t want it to be a halter just untie the bow and sew the straps back down. Fits perfectly for XS. I got so many compliments but I know myself and I won’t re wear it, so selling.
