Outershell approximately 31 inches from back to bottom hem, 34 inches from back to inner ruffled skirt hem. Approximately 38 inches from bust to ruffle hem. Originally size 2 altered for an approximately 24 inch waist, 31 inch bust. Worn once. Pristine condition.
