Formal dress

Never worn. About 52 1/2 inches from chest down. Built in bra. Started to but blue rhinestones on the white lace but then changed my mind so it has some blue stones on the bottom left of the lace front. Unsure why there is no size or brand on the dress, but is is about a size 9 or a medium. The wait measurement is about 24 inches.
