Formal children’s dress

Red children’s gown (perfect for parties, dinners, banquets, receptions etc...). this dress has three layers, one of red crinoline for extra poof, the dress also had a dark burgundy layer on top of the outer red fabric. The dress has a belt of intricate roses around the front waist line.
