Formal black skirt. Size 14

Skirt is higher in the front with tiers. Zipper with eye hook and fishtail in back which touches the ground. I'm 5 3 1/2. It's a dramatic skirt with a Spanish flare. Great for Christmas or New Years! Never worn. Measurements laying flat Waist 15 Hips 22.5 Length 30 (front) 40 (back)
