Formal NYC Fitted Teal Dress

Super fancy New York and Company dress! Is such a pretty teal and has the perfect length where you could either wear it formally or dress it up for a night on the town! The size is 2, but it's New York & Company so you have to remember it's not a very small 2! Love the pleating down the dress to create slim lines making you look a beautiful hour glass figure!
