Formal Homecoming Prom dress

Gorgeous teal dress with gemstone accents on the straps and a tulle underskirt to give it a beautiful shape. Bought this from another posher but it didn't fit. Would definitely recommend this for someone who isn't very large in the bust, maybe a B cup at most. Says size 10, but I think it's more like an 8. Worn once for a few hours, practically brand new! Make me an offer!
