Hi there, I’m sorry I was trying to look up the dress on the lulus website but I can’t find it to obtain the measurements. I can tell you, that I’m a medium and never really vary in size when it comes to garments and it fit my waist comfortably. Not too tight or loose. The smallest part of the waist is around the rib cage. I hope that helps!
