Formal Evening Dress

Beautiful deep purple dress with rhinestone shoulder straps. The dress can be worn either on or off the shoulders. It has ruching on one side which is held by a pretty rhinestone attachment. This dress has never been worn. It was recently purchased at Macy’s. The original tags are still on the garment.
