Beautiful long formal green dress with silver sequins worn once for prom. Being in college, I don't have any events to wear it to. I want someone to enjoy it as much as I did. Measurements from top of straps to bottom of dress is 62 inches. Measurement around bottom cut out area is 28 inches. From the picture you can see this is a little above waistline. But if needed this area can stretch a couple more inches.

carolestelle @rachelizabethj I laid the dress flat on the bed and measured it. From the top of the stripes to the bottom of the dress is 62 inches. The waist measurement at the top the cut out area is 28 inches. The waist area can stretch a couple more inches if needed. Need more let me know.

carolestelle @rachelizabethj I just added a couple pictures and if you see something nude sticking out of the dress that's my bra. 😂 I definitely just should have gone without but I was afraid I wouldn't fill it all the way out. High school problems lol
