A Brand new,custom-made off shoulder with hand made and hand sew on flowers, crystal trim all around the neckline ( front&back) . The fabric is soft chiffon & cotton . The color is petal pink. It has a little bit of the train length style in the back. It can be altered short up to knee for a new look, and it can be worn as an off shoulder dress or normal sleeveless look.
