Formal Cold Shoulder Dress

NWT-tried on but never worn. I bought this dress for a formal that was cancelled during Covid. The top has mesh to bear nude skin at neckline. Slit from knee to floor. The dress is lined with red satin so no slip needed. Measurements are under and to underarm 15”, hips 17”, and top of shoulder to bottom hem 54 1/4”. Modest and tasteful.
