Formal Blue dress from Windsor -ONLY WORN ONCE -Brand new -No damage at all -Size xs-s It was hard getting a picture of the full dress but it goes all the way down! It has a slit as you can see. Im 5’2 and it hit the floor. If you’re 5’5 and above it would fit perfect! Doesn’t feel tight at all! Fits sizes xs-s
