Formal Aqua dress

Full length formal black/white/tan Aqua dress. Worn preciously one time to a inside formal wedding at a resort. I have never received more compliments on this dress. There is a mesh piece that attaches the top to the bottom. No tears on dress. It is a size 4, never altered. I am 5’4 I had to wear 4 in heels with it so it would not drag.
