Formal 2 Piece Mini Dress in Royal Blue and Black

Size 9/10 Dave and Johnny formal 2 piece dress. Skirt is flared, large pleated mini in royal blue with large black rose pattern. It has an underskirt and tulle lining. Skirt zips on side. Top is all black with off the shoulder cap sleeves and shoulder straps. It zips in the back. This is in good condition. It was worn once, from non-smoking home. There is a 1/4 inch split on the seam by the zipper as shown in last pics. This could easily be mended, but I don’t sew!
