I was 235 pounds and a size 15/16 when using it. It will be super tight at first but that’s the point of these fajas! You can also get it adjusted. Has a opening for easy access to use the restroom. Removable straps and silicone so it doesn’t move. Has the mesh for the buttock area for more concert. No wires in it.
