Form fitting petite black and white polka dot dress.

I absolutely love this dress and sadly can not fit it anymore. Although there is some give in this dress (97% cotton, 3% elastane) it really is form fitting due to the structure of the dress. The waist is about 25” with a pleated front seam presenting a beautiful shape for the hips up to about 32”. The sleeves lay great on the top of your shoulder. This polka dot design is great classic print with a stylish design.
