flor0713 Well the one I have for sale I used it for 2weeks. I cut down on soda and junk food and drank lots of water I'm already on my next size down but I only wear it every other day I the black one I have for sale I weared it for 8hrs everyday but since I am already comfortable with me weight and body I don't wanna get smaller I'm just working out to get every thing hard but trust me they work
