Forever21 Yellow & Blue Floral Button Detail Cut Out Tie Back Sundress (M)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jdcarpediem1. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This is a fun & cheery lil mini dress by Forever21! It has a soft blue floral all over it & a cut-out tie for the upper back portion so it's somewhat adjustable & has adjustable shoulder straps. There's a cute almost wooden looking, buttons that go down the front but are not functional & just for detail. This dress hits just above the knee in true mini dress style. lol. Its super cute & such a stand-out color. I wore this sunny lil dress 1 time & got a few compliments on it. In EUC. Size medium available. Questions? Leave a comment below!
