Forever21 Striped Women's Dress - L

She's a short-sleeve mini dress, the fabric is semi-thick so it'd work well for all seasons. I've noticed some small wear here and there, see the photo with the partially unfurled thread on the hem of one of the sleeves! Not noticeable from a distance, but still worth noting.
