Forever21 Red, Navy & White A-line Skirt

Forever21 Red, Navy, & White A-line Skirt. This beautiful skirt was originally a dress but it never fit me just right. And, since I loved the print I had it tailored to an A-line Skirt. Unfortunately now it's just too big on me. It measures 15" across because I added a small stich to the back of skirt (picture #3) but can easily be removed and it would measure around 16 1/2". Length measures 22" long.
