Forever21 Plus Ruffled Mustard Yellow Skirt, 3X

Forever 21 brand, size 3XL from their plus section. It's very stretchy and ruffly, I've only worn her a few times so she doesn't have any wear/tear that I can find! It has a ruched waist, can be worn scooched down onto the hips or set up high on the waist. Sort of a boho crunchy look to it.
