Forever21 Maxi Dress

Never worn! The dress length is 49” as shown in photo above. I’m 5’4 wearing 3” heels C cup and it’s perfect. The material is soft and light but not see through. I would cut a slit for a nice breeze if you’re wearing it in the summer time. Just been sitting in my closet.
