Forever21 Long black dress W/mini dress underneath

Long sheer dress with a mini dress underneath it, it has 4 section to it. I wore it once to a cocktail party in New York. I'm 5'6 and it comes way past my feet, definitely need a cute pair of heels unless you are fairly tall
