Beautiful floral dress from Forever21 Contemporary line. Size XL. Has a fabric belt but one of the belt straps is loose. There are two slits in the front of the dress. Translucent fabric but has an inside liner around the waist-line. Crinkle-fabric styled dress with a zipper on the back
