LAST CALL Forever21 Button up Top Blue w/ white polka dots

This polka dot top is very cute and breathes wonderfully, perfect for spring weather. It has two front pockets and buttons on the arms. Small stain as seen in picture, price reflects this. Tag says size is 3XL but fits more like a 2XL in my opinion. Smoke free home.
