Forever21+ Blue Crop Top w/ Floral Detail

This is a deep blue crop top that has a flower pattern. It is a 2x from Forever21 and fits true to size. This has never been worn. I accidentally purchased two, and kept one for myself. (The picture of it hanging is the one I kept for myself, I didnt want to remove the other from its original packaging)
