Forever21 Blue Button Down in Size Medium

Selling F21 button down in excellent condition. I would describe the color as a dusty blue. As seen in pics, the bottom of the shirt comes together like a wrap blouse. Size Medium but can fit size small or large depending on whether you want the top more fitted or flowy.
