Forever21 Black Pleated Dress Shorts (size M)

Black Forever21 Pleated Dress Shorts. They lay a little high waisted. I loved these shorts but they no longer fit. Great for dressing up an outfit! When standing, it has the illusion of being a skirt. The inner clasp behind the zipper is broken but does not affect wear/look.
