Forever 21 did a TWIST collection a while back. It’s taken me years to be able to part with it because it is just so dang cute and flattering. So many cute details — bow buttons (need to be ironed to be flattened), pleated cuffs, tulle lining for extra puff, pleated waist for a fitted look. I would wear a simple black body con under this and rarely wanted to unbutton the jacket. Loved the look as a dress. In great condition. Size S.
