Forever Twenty One dress: When they were awesome!!

This black and white cap sleeve dress is sooo cute and sassy on. Cross over gives a feminine sexy look without being over the top. This is NWOT. I bought this for a sales job that I ended up leaving so really never had the opportunity to wear. Pair it with a cute shiny black thin belt and black heels for a classic boss babe look. This dress if very flattering. Size large but fits like a medium, but has great stretch for a large fit also. Fitted black and white business dress, cap sleeve, cross over, feminine.
