Vintage Art Deco Style Diamond Ring Vintage Art Deco Style 925 Diamond Engagement Ring. This currently sits at a size 7.75 and could be resized. There are two areas with markings. One is 925 the other is a copyright marking with EC. When I looked into the ring it seems it was made by a company called Forever Bride. In 1973, the European Community (EC) agreed to recognize 925/1000 as the official sterling silver standard and 925 as the official standard mark. Since then, almost all silver of that quality sold among EC member countries has the 925 standard stamp. A piece with both marks i.e. 925 and EC means that it meets the requirements of the EC market. This does need a very good and proper cleaning. I am leaving it as is for the future owner.
