Forever 21 leggings - small

These leggings are measuring small, there is no tag with size so I am assuming but look to measurements if you are unsure. No damage or tearing, very minimal fading. These are not thin they are a thicker yoga style, not shiny. Perfect pair of leggings. Measurements: waist: 25in, rise: 10in, inseam: 25in. All items come from a pet friendly home.
