Forever 21 Blush Peach Sheer Surplice Blouse

Previously owned, this lovely blouse's neckline is bordered by pleats and the sleeve buttons are covered in the same chiffon-like material, lending an upscale vibe to your outfit. The waist is elastic for comfort. Please note the left arm in photo 2: what looks like a wrinkle (even in real life) is actually a pull. Photos 5 and 6 show it more clearly. There isn't a loose thread however I doubt it can be fixed. Sold as is. Questions and offers welcome.
