Forever 21 versatile cotton daytime shirt M

The elastic on the neck and waist let you 1. Cover your shoulders when the sun is out, 2. Wear it off the shoulder when its uber hot, and 3. midriff at any point on the abs. It's 100% rayon and feels light like cotton. I imagine someone wearing this w/ high waist pants or baggy boyfriend jeans. I love it, but I'm positive someone can rock it better than I could. Never wore it, but it needs to be worn!
