Forever 21 unworn maroon floral dress

I never wore this dress. The tags are still on. It is a size L but I would say it runs small. Originally retailed for $23.00. It is beautiful! It is tight-fitting, floral design, velvet texture and a burgundy color. My favorite part are the sleeves - spaghetti strap with off the shoulder sleeves - gives the dress a very romantic look.
