Large Forever 21 dress. Lovely dark teal color. Short sleeves, cowl neck. Nice and soft material, polyester spandex blend. Elastic along sides of skirt to create the gathered look. Made to hang loosely on the top and fit more snug on the bottom. Measurements are; across back armpit to armpit 24 inches. Top of shoulders to bottom of skirt 32 inches.
