they're in pre-owned condition but they are in excellent condition they have no holes and no stains I personally love this style they're split up the leg so that they show off any beautiful shoe or boots you're wearing these do you have a pen in them lightly that you can remove if you want the split to go up higher and they are a flare and they're not a really small flair either but they're not overly big
